Feeling stressed? Stretch it out with these two deep breathing stretches to improve your day in less than two minutes. Follow along with us.

  • Stretch your arms up high, take four big, expansive breaths, expanding your torso while breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  • Lean forward to touch your toes, bending your knees slighting. Take four big expansive breaths again, letting your arms hang forward releasing tension in your neck, hamstrings and lower back.
  • Repeat two more times.

Stretching with deep breathing throughout the day can help you destress, bring clarity and renewed energy to your work, and even improve posture.
