- Stretch your arms up high, take four big, expansive breaths, expanding your torso while breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Lean forward to touch your toes, bending your knees slighting. Take four big expansive breaths again, letting your arms hang forward releasing tension in your neck, hamstrings and lower back.
- Repeat two more times.
