Community Outreach Leads to Connection + Revenue

Our teams are hosting a number of social events at our clubs and welcoming guests into our doors with community outreach events. When we host in-club events and attend community outreach events we build brand awareness and loyalty, connection and lead generation that often converts to membership sales.

Most recently our Active Wellness Center teams hosted a Spring Open House with record-breaking results of 147 sales across all four locations PLUS 150 new leads generated in just one day. This was accomplished as a joint effort of our incredible sales and operations teams at each location, supported by a marketing push of direct mail, targeted email and social media promotion.

She has been featured in industry publications like Club Solutions and as a speaker at IHRSA's International Convention, Medical Fitness Association Annual Conference and Club Industry's Future of Fitness 2021. Jessica works from her home state of Tennessee where she enjoys hiking, yoga and time with her two active boys.
