Introducing The Gym at 10100

Active Wellness was hired by Hines to assist with the redesign and operations of a multi-tenant fitness center, The Gym at 10100, located at 10100 Santa Monica in Los Angeles, CA. 10100 Santa Monica is a landmark office building located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Century City with a capacity of 1500 tenants. The Gym at 10100 project was designed to deliver a premium tenant experience setting themselves apart from the competition as employees return to the office, and they have done just that. In the first month alone, they sold 129 fitness center memberships with the building at 30% capacity.
