We proudly announce the promotion of Justin Honas to Vice President of Design & Development. Justin has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry serving in various roles delivering fitness programming, managing operations, and leading equipment procurement. Justin now leads Design & Development imagining fitness space plans for new centers and reshaping existing spaces. He has supported our partners with more than 50 projects to develop spaces with a cutting-edge approach to fitness program delivery and user experience. Justin serves as a bridge between various stakeholders developing critical relationships between architects, designers, property managers, and equipment vendors, to ensure that projects are executed at the highest level. Justin strives for excellence in everything he does and has continued to grow in his various roles through experience and continuous pursuit of self-development.
When he is not traveling to support our partners' fitness installations, meeting with key industry partners, or in the field working on development projects, Justin lives actively by trying to keep up with his two daughters and their busy club soccer schedules. When he is not on the pitch you can find him trying to play a pickup game of basketball, and most recently even trying to learn Pickleball. Justin is also an avid Kansas Jayhawk fan so it is not uncommon to find him and his family cheering on the Jayhawks either in person or at the nearest TV. Rock Chalk!
