Our 21-day Reboot Challenge focuses on building healthy habits including eating better, increasing mindfulness and moving more. Challenge participants receive daily workout prescriptions, weekly meal plans, goal setting activities, and grocery lists to help them make small lifestyle changes.
In October, we encouraged our partners, members and employees to lay the groundwork to feeling happier and healthier by building small habits into their lives! Through the Active Reboot Challenge: 21 Days to a Healthier You, we focused on moving more and eating better. Adding these two small habits into everyday life can positively impact us in so many ways; from less stress to more energy, weight loss to mindfulness - the positive impacts are endless.
Each week participants were provided a daily workout prescription with workouts from our on demand video library, a meal plan, grocery shopping list, as well as weekly education. Participants could also purchase HMR, a weight management food delivery service backed by science, coaching and support, using our preferred vendor pricing.
In our most recent Reboot Challenge, our team checked in weekly with our participants, and after the 21 days found that over 100% of participants improved their energy over the 21 days, and that’s something to be proud of!
