We’re proud to announce Active’s partnership with FireFlex Yoga™, a functional-movement based yoga program designed to enhance performance for firefighters and reduce insurance costs. FireFlex Yoga is exclusive to Active and is currently implemented at nine departments across the Bay Area and being adapted for other municipalities and corporate sites.
FireFlex Yoga integrates mindfulness practices with FMS, the most widely used movement assessment screen. The result is an effective, easy-to-implement and sustainable wellness program specifically targeting firefighters needs to improve overall performance while reducing workers comp claims.
